Does any of this sound familiar?

“It’s hard to balance work, the children and a household. How will I also find the time to workout?”

“Iwant to feel confident enough to play with my children when they ask me to play.”

“I want to workout, but where do I even start? How do I know which workouts I should be doing?”

If you answered yes, you're in the right place.

Hi, I’m Bill Dean, your personal trainer at MyNetTrainer.com, and I have one goal: to help you get fit enough to confidently pursue your passions.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 26 years. I started by working with children and young athletes at the National Institute for Fitness & Sport. Then, I moved on to working with professional athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers. And, 13 years ago, my wife and I started working with people just like you through our personal fitness company in Indiana.

Most online fitness programs are INCREDIBLY well marketed to make you think that you can get in the best shape of your life with “little to no effort.” But then you click play on the video and it’s a high-intensity, give-it-all-you’ve-got workout. You’re left overexerting and possibly injuring yourself. You won’t find that here at MyNetTrainer.

We believe in fitness for a purpose. It’s not about how you look or how much muscle you’re able to build. It’s about getting off the sidelines and being active with your family or loved ones.

This requires a moderate level of fitness, done consistently, over time.

As a 50-year-old father of two very active, young daughters — ages 9 and 8 — I’m passionate about being involved in every part of their lives. If my girls ask me to play soccer or if my girls ask me to go for a run, I want to be able to emphatically and confidently say, “YES, let’s do it!”

Here’s the bottom line: if you’re not in shape, it limits your opportunities to experience joy. Think about it. Wouldn’t it be better participating in the activity rather than watching from the sidelines?

Let’s get fit together.
